SCENT CONTAINMENT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Bring plenty of bug spray or a thermocell so they will not see you moving around.
HUNTING NECESSITIES
Bring:
-your normal hunting gear, (plan for cold, wet and warm weather)
-extra boots
-food (stores and restaurants are only 10 minutes away)
-coolers for meat, lights for night hunting (legal in Texas)
-basic toiletries
*A SPECIAL NON RESIDENT TYPE 157 LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NON RESIDENT HUNTERS, these are $48 and can be purchased online or locally.
